Excellent Location: The hotel was perfectly situated, just a short walk away from major attractions and metro stations, making it easy to explore the city.

Lack of Room Amenities: The bathroom amenities provided were not up to par, and it was recommended to bring your own shampoo. the air conditioning made the room overly dry, causing discomfort.

Ultra modern hotel with helpful staff. Spacious room, good breakfast with fresh fruit. Great location in the city.

Had a fantastic Xmas stay! Loved the central location, just steps away from the main attractions. The continental breakfast was an excellent start to the day, and the bar served great aperitivos. Another advantage was the easy parking nearby for those with rental cars.

The front desk service was disappointing. We had to wait until 4 pm for check-in, and the staff lacked proper customer care.

Quiet side road, no cars or tourists outside. Comfortable and well-designed room, loved the bathroom area. Friendly and helpful staff, great customer service

Great location near a famous church, spacious rooms, nice view, and free apples at reception. Upgraded to suite, excellent breakfast, helpful staff. Huge shopping center nearby, lots of restaurants, and a popular bar on the bottom floor. Modern design with unique features like disappearing bathroom door and rolling bed.

I have never stayed in a hotel that is as perfectly located as this place! It is just a 60 second walk away from the cathedral in the center of the city, making it so easy to explore the main shopping district and attractions. The best part is that it's tucked away on a quiet side road, so there are no noisy cars or crowds of tourists outside the entrance.

I loved my recent stay at Straf, a Member of Design Hotels. The location couldn't have been better, right in the center of everything with Duomo Cathedral just steps away. The room had a trendy and modern design, with all the amenities I needed, like USB charging plugs near the bed. The hotel bar had a cool crowd after work, and the staff was helpful and accommodating, especially since I had status with Starwoods. I highly recommend this hotel for its amazing location and stylish atmosphere.

I recently had a fantastic stay in a super modern hotel in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, allowing me to easily walk to all the cool neighborhoods and attractions. I was also just a quick stroll from the metro station, making it convenient to explore further. The room was spacious and funky with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was interestingly designed, although the basin was a bit low. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a wide variety of options to choose from. a great experience!

The only downside was some late-night noise from the front of the hotel.

We couldn't have asked for a better location. Just steps away from the Duomo and surrounded by restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the room was ready for us even before check-in time. We even received a complimentary bottle of Merlot upon arrival. The hotel also offered an indoor pool, sauna, and a massage chair in the room, which was a great way to relax after a long day.

Felt totally relaxed, no reason to complain.

The location of this hotel is fantastic as it is close to the metro, making it easy to get around the city. it is right opposite the department store La Rinascente, providing a convenient shopping experience. The rooms are comfortable with a sleek and modern design. The bathroom is spacious, and some single rooms even have beautifully designed bathrooms. The staff is highly competent and friendly, providing excellent customer service.

The breakfast provided at this hotel is simple and the warm food costs extra.
